Terms of service

Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use a Heevay charger as a guest or driver.

What these terms cover

These terms govern use of the Heevay charging network, including chargers, payment, receipts and support. They apply from the moment you start a charging session and for as long as you use the network.

Using the charger

The charger is the property of Heevay and may only be used to charge electric vehicles through the provided payment flow. Follow the on-screen instructions. Misuse, overload or deliberate damage to the equipment may result in liability for damages. Bring your own Type 2 cable unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and payment

The price per kWh is shown clearly before the session starts. The price is the day's electricity price plus a fixed markup, so it follows the market hour by hour. You only pay for the electricity you use. Payment is made by card through our payment provider. A receipt is sent to the email address provided.

Your obligations

You may only charge vehicles you are authorised to use. Park only for the duration of charging. Move your vehicle when the session is complete so others can use the charger. Comply with any local parking rules at the venue.

Liability and limitation

Heevay provides charging on a best-effort basis and cannot be held liable for loss of earnings, interrupted journeys or indirect losses unless required by mandatory law. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the charger or your own equipment.

Changes to the terms

Heevay may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the network after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Contact

Questions or complaints about charging sessions can be directed to Heevay guest support.
